1981 Non- vintage champagne, chosen to celebrate the wedding of H.R.H. the Prince of Wales to Lady Diana Spencer on July 29th 1981. The wine displays a dark golden colour with hints of green. The nose is dominated by dried apricots and candied oranges with some nutty notes. On the palate there are caramel flavours combined with toasted bread and balanced acidity that last right through to the finish.
