I am selling a bottle of Krug Grande Cuvée
168th Edition.
Composed around the 2012 harvest, the Krug Grande Cuvée 168th Edition is a blend of 198 wines from 11 different vintages. The youngest is from 2012, the oldest from 1996.
In total, reserve wines from the House's extensive library made up 42% of the final blend, contributing to the broad aromatic spectrum and full body that are so important for every Krug Grande Cuvée.
The final composition of this Champagne is 52% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, and 13% Meunier.
A total of 20 years of meticulous craftsmanship were required to create the Krug Grande Cuvée 169th Edition.
Composition
52% Pinot Noir
35% Chardonnay
13% Meunier
The fill level is not directly visible due to the original foil being glued on,
but is appropriate for its age and shows no signs of leakage.
There's a small flaw in the foil on the left side of the bottle neck. See also photo.
However, the overall condition is very good.
