A wonderful creamy, butter, soft citrus and almost coconut milk aroma. Flavours are alive with fresh citrus and dry butter croissant initially then relaxing in to dry yellow fruits and butter length. Could age even more, though this Champagne may well be a thing of the past now as was limited to 1,002 bottles (tasted no. 764). A great grower champagne family worthy a visit to if you are in and around Epernay (they are located west a few Kms).
