Winemaker Cedric with a fine Meunier focused (95%) Champagne. Dried apricots, lemon sherbet, hazelnut aromas. Fresh flavours. Clean and clear. Decent acidity. Green fruits, hazelnut / walnut, citrus, chalky expression in the palate.
