Deep golden yellow (more reminiscent of an even older Champagne). Good fine bubbles that remain.
Brioche, creamy white floral, honey, citrus on nose. Chalky, brioche, yellow stone fruits, dried lemon, honey pastries taste with good complex taste and decent length.
