Enjoyed this glass chez Michel Gonet house on Avenue de Champagne. Toasty citrus, flaky pastry, apricot, peach skin, floral nose. Dry, crisp. Citrus, toasted bread crumbs, minerals, saline, apricot, hazelnut, volcanic soil in the palate.
