A very summer's day style Champagne for me. Orange/pink colouring. Raspberry, brioche and a soft hint of garden mint on the nose. Crisp yet rounded flavours. You can taste that this is a fine Champagne. Red berry fruits and s bowl of freshly picked strawberries and cream. Medium plus acidity.
