Well, what an experience this tasting was of the 1989 vintage via a Salmanazaar sized 900 cl bottle. Toasty, freshly baked bread, brioche, honey, ripe apricots and so much more on the nose. Still fresh and vibrant in the palate. Yellow fruits, citrus, toasty, almond croissant, pinch of white pepper, chalk.
