Submitted: 3rd August 2023
Tasted with wine-maker Laurent and his sales director Kevin at their winery in Passy-Grigny - Marne Valley, France. Excitement boils over as we await the opening of this limited edition (240 bottles) release. Disgorgement 2022. A Magnificent warm golden colouring. Tiny bubbles fill the glass. Best way to describe it on the nose is that you've walked in to a patisseries in France during the early morning when the bread and croissants are just leaving the ovens and placed out on display. Add to this golden fruits, rich yellow floral and honey. Flavours are again rich and powerful, plenty of yellow stone fruits both freshly picked and dried, honey, lightly toasted bread, lemon.
