Date of degorgement October 2020. Nose gives a dry character though still we get fruits present to include white stone fruits, lemon along with subtle pastry and saline. Flavours are crisp and dry making for an excellent fine gastronomy pairing wine. White fruits, floral with chalky texture along with saline, lemon, cranberry.
