Wonderful complex fruit and ripeness, yet in the mouth great balance of fruit and acidity to balance the weight and intensity. Believe it or not for this BIG vintage, this is elegant and although massively intense it is subtle and gentle. A triumph.

Tasted during Visit to Lanson BCC in Epernay and the Philipponnat cellar.
