Yellow pear, golden syrup, brioche, toasty nose. Yellow fruits, citrus, peach, soft honey / honeysuckle / toasty flavours. Enjoyed during a vertical tasting of Charles Heidsieck with the then winemaker, the charming Mr Cyril Brun.
