Pale lemon colour. Apple, lemongrass and minerals on the nose. The palate is very fresh, well defined yet delicate autolytic characters, brioche, toast, also some lemon, lime and jasmine and a long persistent finish highlighting the chalk and salinity of the champagne. Fantastic vintage, will age for decades.
