100% Chardonnay and a wonderful example of Cote de Blanc Chardonnay.
This is a Champagne that offers some real depth. It has a broad, approachable feel, the palate still offers the classic chalky Chardonnay you would expect from the region, but more body to it.
Lots of ripe Citrus fruits, apple, with a touch of vanilla and stone fruit working wonderfully with that refreshing acidity. Warm and rich mid to late creating this really moreish wine.
