Toasty, caramel nose with subtle fruits expressed of apricot, white peach, citrus. Crisp citrus, green apples, pastry and toasty flavours. This Champagne is rather like a youthful mid aged adult, it has plenty of life left in it and aging will only improve things in my honest opinion!
