Castelnau have some incredible vintages, (especially in magnum) so exploring their 2008 was exciting to do, I got notes of newly baked brioch, toast, floral, citrus, wild honey, and more, good length, decent as it is but may like to see how it perfoms in another 5 years. (Tasted in March 2025)
Would be nice to enjoy with some seasfoods, risotto and cheese.
