One of the finest Champagne brands for quality. Exploring their 2017 vintage, I discovered notes of fresh and clean minerals, floral and yellow fruits, along with a delicate yeastiness with brioche, toast and pastry. Good potential for further aging.

Suggested food pairings: White fish and hard cheeses.
