Submitted: 6th April 2025

A blend 50%-50% Chardonnay & Pinot Noir, aged for 7 years before releasing.

Honeysuckle, candied lemons, toast/brioche, an elegant creamy touch, with lively acidity.

Can be enjoyed with seafood, chicken, poultry or veal dishes.

The 2015 year in the vineyard is labeled as having extreme climates. Winter was mild and rainy, which led into an icy Spring. Summer was incredibly hot but also had summer storms. However, cool and dry weather in September allowed for a perfect ripening of the grapes.
