A deep lemon hue. An excellent, intense perlage - It's like drilling into the centre of the earth to discover the truth.
The nose is quite neutral with notes of salt, iodine, yellow plum and German rye bread rather than a sweeter brioche.
The palate is quite harmonious, there is no hint of under ripe lemons which is pleasing - The dosage is perfect. The finish is very refined with black pepper, a savoury spiciness and limestone.
It continues to evolve in the glass.
