A wonderful dinner and tasting back in 2016 with Alice Paillard at the Sushi Samba in London. Nose showed plenty of yellow fruits, pastry, citrus with a touch of creaminess. Flavours again go down a decent yeasty expression with biscuit, nuttiness, apricot, citrus and white floral.
