Freshly bitten in to green apple aromas with a touch of dry honey / walnut. Give the Champagne some time to breathe in the glass to delight you. Flavours are dry, even bone dry initially then releases chalk, green fruits with lime zest and green herbs/grass. A great complexity, a rewarding choice. The wine maker here is an innovative forward thinking man and supported by his young family - making positive waves. Go research this winery where can also enjoy their B&B service when in the region.
