Still quite young in character though released with 8 years of cellar ageing! Certainly has many more years of potential improvement in the bottle. Nose gives a red berry, violet rose petals, apricot and lemon character. Fresh, crisp. Medium plus acidity. White fruit flesh, red berry skin, lemon pastries, white pepper / sweet woody spices and much more in the palate.
