Pinot noir at 65%, Chardonnay at 25% and 10% of Meunier. Plenty of fresh, mouth-watering aromas. Yellow fruits, green apple skins, white floral, lemon zest, butty brioche, raspberry. Flavours have a strong acidity and clean, fresh style. Citrus, minerals, white fruit flesh, pastry, saline.
