As always for me, Dom Pérignon is the pinnacle of Champagne’s quality and craftsmanship. This vintage was no exception. The ever-present elegant, fine bubbles in a light yellow color. Followed by bouquet notes of citrus fruits, pear, green apple, brioche, some butter and some almonds. It’s a very rich and elegant champagne, with a long finish and crispy feeling. A grandiose champagne, full of history and personality.
