This bottle was numbered 4452.

Toasty, apricots, salted caramel, mushroom on the nose.
Good acidity levels. Citrus / saline initially with mushroom, peach, minerals, bruised green apples, wet stone and more. Tasty.
Bubbles were decent and still relatively present in the glass though fade within a 5/10 minutes in the glass.
