Having tasted older Moët & Chandon vintages (pre 2000), they seem always keep and age with a good level of quality, they are not the finest Champagnes, but you always know that you get something good.

The 2016 vintage is on the younger side, with toasty notes, bready, pastry, nuttiness, marzipan, gingerbread, and blossom. (It'll be interesting to re-taste in 10 years time)

Grand Vintage 2016 - the Maison's 77th Vintage.

48% Pinot Noir, 34% Chardonnay and 18% Pinot Meunier.
