Appearance: Pale gold. Small and elegant bubbles.

Nose: The wine has medium intensity and it is slightly developed. The aromas are of lemon, grapefruit, apricot, green apple, brioche and toast.

Palate: The wine is dry with medium acidity. The flavours are red apple, lemon, yellow plum and pastry. Long, creamy and mineral finish. Elegant and balanced.
