The nose is refined and elegant, an olfactory weft of minerality with flinty edges.

This is partnered with an assertion of fruit - lemon confit, blood oranges, a dash of peach, all combined with hints of spice, pepper...and a caress of mint.

The initial taste is fresh with an expression of minerality, balanced by a suggestion of citrus fruit.

The finale is complex! A rich and spicy amalgam evoking brioche, matched with a salty freshness.
