The nose is fine and elegant and offers mineral notes with citrus fruit or yellow lemon zest, then we find nice toasted aromas. The palate is initially fresh, then the wine gains in fullness and richness with white fruits, vine peach and white flowers notes. At the end the aromas are fresh and powerful with the aromas of fresh yellow fruits mixed with the minerality of the silex and some notes of hot spices
