The nose was quite seductive. Hard to resist after smelling it.
The autolysis characteristics were pronounced.
Marzipan, brioche, ginger, hazelnuts mixed with ripe pink lady apples and pink grapefruits.
On the Palette the wine had a creamy mouse, a lively acidity and a strong mineral backbone giving a nice balance to the wine. The finish was lingering and long.
2007 has a great complexity and I personally love to drink it now, yet, you can hold it for 5 more years.
