A truly memorable experience to have enjoyed this classic vintage Champagne alongside Dominique Demarville (chief wine maker at Veuve Cliquot). Tasted toasty notes, biscuit, nutty - Umami abundance and the wine increased in expression as it reached room temperature. Though nearly a 50 years vintage, there was still evidence of fine bubbles showing. Deep golden colour.
