The Comtes Blanc de Blancs has fresh acidity, citrusy, zesty and a lot of salinity. The wine is vibrant and complex. 

What's your opinion on aging traditional method sparkling wine in the bottle for a prolonged period of time? It gives the wine more complexity and elegance. The wine develops more intense yeasty, biscuty, bready and gingery aromas and flavors.
