Colour - "An exciting dark yellow tone with tiny bubbles."

Aroma - "A little oxidized, with chard oak, oak chips, pastries, prunes, dried honey and yellow fruits on the aroma."

Flavour - "The palate display similar with baked pastries, brioche, okay, forest bark, green apples, saline, and prunes."

Tasted at Champagne Route in London, during a 50+ year vintage Champagne tasting hosted by Christopher Walkey - Champagne Collectors.
