The Aroma: A lighter complexity, getting deeper in age, delivering melted butter on toast, baked almond cakes, vanilla, caramel, and woody spices.

The Flavours: A touch of initial minerality, with complex acidity, refined citrus fruits, along with some oak and pastries.
