I think this Champagne has aged very nicely, with some further aging potential, perhaps it'll lose some of it's quality if left to age too long, but we'll see. It had a nice toasty expression, with some oak, dried fruits and woody notes. I will likely enjoy another bottle later in the year, then keep my last one for further aging.
