Fresh and youthful, the oldest Dom Ruinart I've tasted is a 1979, this 2013 vintage offers toasty notes, dried fruits, pastry, ctirus, chalk and smoky notes, you can also get some white peppery and spicy flavours in the length. I would like to re-visit this vintage in a few years to see its improvements.
