A very rare non-disgorged millesime brut from Champagne house H. Billiot Fils. Gifted to me by current winemaker Laetitia Billiot during my cellar tour in 2023. This wine has been on lees for 50 years and remained safely stored in their house cellar between 1973 to 2023 and it is now stored safely in our EuroCave office fridge! Comes with a specially signed, by Laetitia, 'Hommage Henri Billiot' leaflet which she has signed to confirm authenticy of this bottle. I also have onsite photos and video to share if you wish of this actual bottle hand over.
