The 2018 Gastronomic Trophy winner at The World's Finest Glass of Bubbly Awards. Soft citrus, honey comb, peach and apricot aromas. Delicate and fine flavours of golden yellow stone fruits, brioche and honey. Decent acidity levels, will age well and improve in 10 years+.
