Very reliable supermarket vintage label (Co-op) of Champagne. Very expressive on the nose despite the bottle I tastes being probably over chilled! Good lees contact characters of bread, yellow fruits, near butter apricot. Flavours are along the similar lines with initially a crisp citrus and yellow stone fruit kick mellowing to flaky pastry and dried apricot. Maintains a dry character so not overly sweet at any point allowing a higher acidic kick throughout.
