Thank you to Jean-Manuel who opened this bottle for us during a recent visit to his winery in Epernay. Soft honey, beeswax, white floral, delicate yellow fruits, yeasty, candy lemon. Soft delicate golden honey, white pears, white peaches, delicate pastry and notes of lychee and candy lemon and tropical doughy candy sweet with walnut.
