Very expressive on the nose and lively with bubbles. Deeper yellow colour. Liquorice, cocoa, apricot skin, mineral nose. Bold flavours that really come alive as the wine warms in the glass - Toasty, lemon pastry, apricot flesh, savoury tasting Champagne.
