Enjoyed at owner Jean-Manuel's winery in Epernay, well worth a few minutes away from Avenue de Champagne so to explore and especially his cellars which have one, if not the longest set of steps down to where the treasures are stored! Dry and punchy flavour character. Green apple, zesty red berries, dark honey, saline, citrus. Most certainly will store for quite a few years more and evolve positively.
