Pinot noir disgorged 2019. Saignée method.

Complexity on the nose with rose petals, marmalade, crust of brioche, forest berries, orange.

Brut nature with a crisp acidity, but one with 10 gr/l liqueur added with a long process of blending. Pure and strong character with a saline finish with autumn leaves, earthy yet still fruits appear.
