Deep pink colour for that Moet Rosé, it took a moment before the nose started to reveal some dried fruits, toast and cinnamon. On the palate, the maturity is evident, hints of wild strawberries and plum underlies dried figs and some mushrooms and earth characters. Bubbles are fine but density is quite low now. It is as good as it will get, drink now.
