Yeasty, brioche and slightly butter/toast aromas with fruits including white strawberry, raspberry and soft pink floral too. Very fine and delicate bubbles. Lighter salmon colour. Long tasting, sharp, brioche style in the palate with delicate display of red berries, citrus, pink blossom, white pepper, saline.
