Review: Dom Perignon - P2 Plenitude Brut Rosé - 1992

An amazing lunch and tasting in London, from my memories, back in 2016. Alongside some Champagne industry greats we enjoyed the showcase of many vintage P2's with Richard Geoffroy as our host.
Toasty, butter aroma with delicate display of apricot, white floral, freshly picked summer berries.
Very fine and small amount of bubbles. Mid salmon/light gold colour.
Red berries, citrus, chalk, toast, apricot, peach skin in the palate - Rich and fruity taste, long taste length with toast / yeast at the close.
