Pale gold colour, a luxuriant mousse and persistent bubble beads. A complex nose of forest floor, truffles, citrus fruits, layered with a subtle autolytic accent.

A creamy, dry palate with a taste of wild berries and toasted brioche.

(Tasted in 2014 in New Delhi)
