Grand crus of Cramant.

Considered a demi-mousse. 18g of sugar.

Finer bubbles. Cremier. The higher sugar stops the wine becoming too high in alcohol.

Minerality. Perhaps a cheese flavour. Still fresh. Complex. Needs bottle aging.
