I give this a four star rating on this website to reflect more the fact that I have enjoyed this bottle too soon - I undoubtedly see increasing scoring for this wine with longer aging.

It is a powerful and crisp showing currently. It works well for full on fine dining dishes, BBQ meats to game meats- As a glass on its own then it is super punchy and a real 'awakening' wine.

It's full on Summer berry fruits delight with decent to higher level tannins, crisp / clean / clear.

Thankfully I have a further 5 bottles which I will look to open the next bottle in five years from now - It has a place in my tasting diary already.
