Aroma - "Yellow stone fruits with a more present notion of melted butter slowly dripping down the side of freshly baked pastries with some toasty notes.

Flavour - "Very fresh and moreish, easy to drink, with light complexity, yellow stone fruits, floral notes, apple skins and subtle pastries that are yet to fully express themselves."

Enjoyed at Champagne Vincent D'Astree in the Champagne Region, with the winemaker and cellar master.
